RECEPTION/ADMINISTRATIVE/MARKETING POSITION AVAILABLE

MARINE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL

Duties:
• Open and close the office daily
• Answer the telephone
• Respond to email enquiries
• Deal with walk-in client enquiries
• Communicate and follow-up with head office, daily
• Liaise with head office on quotes and invoices
• Maintain record of all sales and enquiries
• Retail sales
• Stock of fridge and coffee machine
• Order stock
• Maintain a neat and clean office at all time, including the retail area
• Daily cash-up
• Maintain efficient levels of marketing material
• Do stock take

Requirements:
• Matric
• Interest in boats
• Knowledge of leisure marine industry advantageous
• Enjoy working with people
• Ability to arrange functions
• Sales/Office administrator experience
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Motivated, hardworking and reliable
• Be presentable
Job specifications:
• Monday to Friday 09h00 – 18h00
• Saturday 09h00 – 14h00 (Saturdays on rotation basis)
• R10 000per month
